In person rate $120/session, a session lasts up to 1 hour

There are some things that dogs have to learn from other dogs. My boxer, Harvey Milkbone, is a retired service dog that I trained myself. After working for three years, his owner's needs changed and they knew he would be well at ease and at home with me. He no longer tasks, but his training is strong and he continues to be of service to other dogs who need a little help finding their place at the park. 

Alongside Harvey, I can help your dog learn how to calmly approach, how to feel more confident when greeting another dog, how to play nicely and how to disengage safely. I'll also teach you how to safely break up fights, how to protect your dog and how to respond to reactivity and/or insecurity. During these sessions we can meet at a park, on the street or in your home, depending on the issue and how much space is needed. My clients see improvement with just one session, but more may be needed to ensure that a behavior becomes a habit.
